Returns and refunds


The® wishes to guarantee maximum satisfaction in terms of purchasing experience and quality. If for any reason the client is not satisfied with the order, or in the unfortunate case of products being sent that do not conform to those requested in terms of quality, they can send back the purchased product within 7 days of the date of delivery.

The product must be in new condition with original packaging and all included accessories. We do not accept crash damaged products and parts or items that have been modified or used. We probably will not refund shipping costs in this case.

We will repair or replace items based on our study of the product once it is returned to us. Paolo Italy accepts no responsibility for the improper use of purchased products.

Should your product be faulty, sent it back to us. Products MUST be returned to us for inspection. The right to return may be exercised exclusively by the client and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift.


You must send the product at your own cost, but the shipping of the replacement product will be covered by®.



Once the Paolo Italy has received the returned goods and checked that all the requisites have been respected, a confirmation of acceptance email will be sent to you providing the date on which the reimbursement was made. When purchasing with a credit or debit card, the time necessary for visualising the reimbursement depends on the institution that issued the card.


To return goods, please log in to the "My account" area, go into the "Order history" to get the ID of the order you want to return. them, with the Order ID, contact our Costumer Service using the Paolo Italy Chat application in our web store, or send us a email using the "Contact" link to send a message to our Customer Service, we will respond you as soon as possible.
